This
is the award winning series of DSI Studio,
which is on air for more than 125 episodes(each
episode of 20 mins.) on Zee T.V. Its the
most popular Television series for children.
Its a story telling session by the Grandmother
to her grandchildren and their friends.The
stories mostly comprise of Kings, Queens,
Prince and Princess, ghosts and demons,
fairies and witches which just take the
children into a world of fantasy.

AGDOOM
BAGDOOM

Agdoom Bagdoom are two friendly ghost characters,
who are best friends while solving a problem,
but the most naughty characters when they are
idle.They live on a tree outside the village
but often slip into the village,sometimes following
someone and sometimes on their own. The various
activities of these two characters have fromed
a number of stories, which are part of the Agdoom
Bagdoom series.

TUNTUNI

It is the intelligent and helpful bird, which
is even smaller than a sparrow in size. Tuntuni
has four friends and they make a team of five.
Tuntuni is not only wise but also very understanding,
patient and kind. She lives in a beautiful hut,
which looks like a tree-house.She is friendly
to all the birds and animals in the forest . As
she is very intelligent all the animals and the
birds of the forest seek her suggesstions and
solutions. She often goes inside the King's palace
and teases him and his courtesans.The
King and all his men are always after her life.

ABOL
TABOL
:
It
is a set of very famous nonsense rhymes written
by Sukumar Ray, father of Satyajit Ray. These
rhymes are very popular both amongst the adults
and the children, which make them laugh. Originally
it was written in Bengali and so is our project
in the same language. We have animated almost
all the rhymes of the Abol Tabol set. This project
was aired on Zee T. V. and its VCDs are the
highest selling titles in Bengal.

Once upon a time there lived a King named Jayabrata,
who lived very happily with his Queen and their
only daughter "Rupavati", who was very beautiful.
His subjects were also very happy with him. Towards
the border of his kingdom there was a deserted
palace. Various people said various things about
this deserted palace as some believed the palace
was occupied by a demon. One day the demon arrived
in the King's palace like a whirlwind and told
the king that he would like to marry the princess
by the next new moon night. The royal Guru, advised
the king to meet a holy man who could help out.
The holy man told the king a few things and said
that in time a savior would appear for his help.
It happened likewise, and a young boy offered
his help to fight the demon.The young boy set
out on his journey to kill the demon and had to
cross seven doors of hindrances and danger................
